About Affilogic

An independent private company with international collaboration experience

Affilogic is an independent private company established in Nantes and specialised in the discovery, development and combinations of Nanofitins^®.

Its operations are currently largely conducted through international collaborations:

• with pharma companies such as Sanofi, Takeda Pharmaceuticals or Samabriva,
• via sponsored research projects at the European level (Horizon 2020 DiViNe, Euronanomed DiaSyn and Nanovax, Eurostar Oncofitin-Drug-Conjugates, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with the Region Pays de Loire (Nanomodule) and
• through internal R&D.

Affilogic is also extremely well integrated in its local environment, as a major member of the Atlanpole Biotherapies cluster in Nantes, one of the few French bio-clusters recognised by the government for its specific expertise in biotherapies and development of biotherapeutics. The company has signed a general collaboration framework agreement with the University of Nantes.

Based on an innovative technology : Nanofitins^®

For any biological target, from peptides to entire cells, it is possible to generate custom Nanofitins^® with a high binding affinity and controlled specificity for detection, capture, targeting or interacting purposes. Affilogic has exclusive and worldwide rights to this technology from the Pasteur Institute and the CNRS and performs custom discovery, development and combinations of Nanofitins^® against nominated targets.

By train

From Nantes central station, take the tramway Line 1 (direction “François Mitterrand”) to “Médiathèque” Station, then take the footbridge “Victor-Schœlche” which crosses the river. Once you reach the end of the bridge, you arrive in front of the Law Court of Nantes (big black building). We are located in the street just behind. The journey should take approximatively 15 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi will drive you to Affilogic in around 10 minutes.

By plane

With 80+ direct flights available, Nantes can be reached easily from most major cities in Europe. Nantes airport is conveniently located less than 10 km from the city centre and express buses will take you there directly in 20 minutes. Alternatively, taking a taxi directly to Affilogic should take approximately 20 minutes.
